Niamh is the Principal in O’Brien & Company Solicitors. She studied Law in UCD and is a qualified Solicitor in the jurisdictions of Ireland, England and Wales.

With over fifteen years experience working in Litigation, Niamh specialises in the areas of Medical Negligence and Personal Injuries Litigation.

Niamh has acted in a number of high profile Medical Negligence actions, achieving significant awards for her clients. Niamh always works to obtain the best results for clients either through an early settlement, or through a full hearing, in a short a time as possible.

Amanda joined O’Brien & Company in 2023 having worked previously as an associate solicitor in private practice for over 6 years.

She has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of property transactions, to include purchase, sale, remortgaging and landlord and tenant matters.

Amanda also has experience in and is a supporting role for private clients and their families in the preparation and drafting of Wills, creation and registration of Enduring Power of Attorney and the extraction of Probate and Administration of Estates.

Zuzanna is a Trainee Solicitor with O’Brien & Co. Solicitors. She has significant experience in the areas of personal injury, medical negligence and employment law.

Zuzanna has many years’ experience in all areas of family law including negotiating separation agreements, divorce and separation, access and custody arrangements, maintenance issues, barring orders and dispute resolution.

Her approach is to provide step by step guidance and support to clients in achieving the best outcome and result possible for them in difficult circumstances and she brings all of her expertise and knowledge to bear on the negotiation process and court cases.

Zuzanna is a member of The Law Society of Ireland, and the Irish Women Lawyers Association and is fluent in both English and Polish.

Ciara is the office manager at O’Brien & Company Solicitors. Ciara graduated from UCD with a degree in Social Science and later completed a Masters in Social Work in Trinity College. She joined the firm having worked for a significant period of time as a Senior Social Worker in the National Rehabilitation Hospital and later in Wicklow Hospice.

Ciara deals with all administrative matters in the firm and manages the day to day running of the office. Ciara ensures that the needs of the firm and our clients are dealt with in an organised and efficient manner.
